Bridget Blount, MA, President, is Senior Director of Data Initiatives with Baltimore’s Promise, where she directs data analysis and evaluations and their efforts to create the Baltimore City Integrated Data System. Previously, she served as Director of Data and Evaluation for the Family League, where she developed citywide management information systems for diverse summer, out-of-school-time, and prenatal home visiting programs. She also served as Project Director of Data Evaluation for New Pathways, an organization serving disconnected youth. Bridget has a M.A. of Human Development & Social Intervention from NYU and a B.A. in Psychology and Kinesiology from UMD College Park.
Allison Magagnosc, MS, Vice President, is the Senior Project Associate at Rosov Consulting. She conducts research and evaluation for educational and youth serving initiatives. Before joining Rosov Consulting, Allison served as an internal evaluator for the Green & Healthy Homes Initiatives, ensuring data collection quality and bolstering staffs’ data literacy. Allison earned her master’s degree in Statistics, Measurement, Assessment, and Research Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Gettysburg College. She is located in Baltimore, MD.
W. Christopher Brandt, Ph.D., has 20 years of experience in education as an elementary teacher, college instructor, district administrator, and researcher. His expertise focuses on evaluation of assessment programs, federal accountability policies, and developing balanced assessment systems in K-12 schools. He has worked with numerous states to improve their assessment and accountability systems as a consultant and independent evaluator, and joined the Center for Assessment in January 2020. He is also developing learning modules to support the implementation of Networked Improvement Communities for the Region 5 Comprehensive Center. Dr. Brandt is a What Works Clearinghouse (WWC)–certified reviewer who has led numerous impact studies for the Institute of Education Sciences, the U.S. Department of Education, state education agencies, and foundations. Dr. Brandt received his PhD in educational psychology from the University of Georgia.
