Allison is the Data Management and Evaluation Coordinator at the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative where she develops and maintains data collection procedures, trains staff, and ensures data quality for contract oversight and evaluation. She earned her Master’s degree in Statistics, Measurement, Assessment and Research Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Gettysburg College. Prior to joining GHHI, she worked as a Project Manager for the Public Health Management Corporation, as a Research Associate conducting research and evaluation of early childhood teacher initiatives.

Sathi is President of SONA Consulting Inc. and has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of survey planning, data collection, data analysis and database management and report writing. She has substantial experience developing federal research proposals, and previously worked at a community-based nonprofit research and service organization. She has diverse research experience, including developing a HUD evaluation guidance manual, providing logistical support for grant review for National Institute of Drug Abuse and Indian Health services, working as a CDC grant reviewer, and training health services workers and NGOs in Bhutan and India. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from University of Delaware.

Jill is a community psychologist with over 17 years of research experience, specializing in qualitative methodologies. She currently splits her time between research and programmatic roles -- as Senior Research Analyst at Inciter, an evaluation and data systems consulting firm; Operations & Program Director of the nonprofit Make Studio; and adjunct faculty teaching research methods at Notre Dame of MD University and UMBC. She has supported dozens of nonprofits and agencies, large and small, with program evaluations and evaluation planning. Jill received her doctorate in Human Services Psychology from UMBC and her M.A. in Art Therapy from The George Washington University.

Bridget is Senior Director of Data Initiatives with Baltimore’s Promise, where she directs data analysis and evaluations and their efforts to create the Baltimore City Integrated Data System. Previously, she served as Director of Data and Evaluation for the Family League, where she developed citywide management information systems for diverse summer, out-of-school-time, and prenatal home visiting programs. She also served as Project Director of Data Evaluation for New Pathways, an organization serving disconnected youth. Bridget has a M.A. of Human Development & Social Intervention from NYU and a B.A. in Psychology and Kinesiology from UMD College Park.


Jessica Tartanian, MPH

Program Chair

Jessie is the Senior Evaluation Manager for Edible Schoolyard NYC, where she has worked since completing her MPH in community health education at the CUNY in 2013. She has  over a decade of experience with food education programs with young people. Jessie loves supporting practitioners to measure their impact and find new ways to make communities healthier and places to live and learn. Her newest evaluation interest is data visualization, especially handmade soft viz gaining popularity in feminist data nerd circles. She is looking forward to building the Baltimore Evaluation community with programs from BAE!
